If the Company detects that you have registered or operated more than one account, we reserve the right to immediately close all such accounts, void all bets and transactions associated with those accounts, confiscate all balances and winnings, and permanently ban you from the Platform. Promotional offers are limited to one per User, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to abuse bonuses or promotions through multi-accounting will result in forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings derived from bonuses, and potential account closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you deposited into your cc6ph8 account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the cc6ph8 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, you must first attempt to resolve it by contacting cc6ph8 customer support via live chat or email ([email protected]). We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within thirty (30) days. If your complaint involves a disputed bet outcome or account transaction, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed event. Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in waiver of your claim. All disputes must be documented in writing with supporting evidence including screenshots, transaction IDs, timestamps, and detailed descriptions of the issue.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint through customer support channels, you may escalate the matter to management review. Management decisions are typically provided within fifteen (15) business days and are considered final unless you pursue external dispute resolution. For disputes involving significant amounts or complex regulatory issues, you may contact the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or other relevant regulatory authorities. The Company will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation and will comply with decisions rendered by authorized regulatory bodies.

Termination and Account Closure

You may close your cc6ph8 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closing your account, you must withdraw all available funds. If you have active bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements, those bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution. If your account is closed due to violations of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited and the Company reserves the right to pursue additional legal remedies.

Amendments and Communication

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent. If modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by the Company on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and cc6ph8 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and the Company. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and any failure by the Company to assert any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
